Fulfilling childhood dreams

Remember that big cottonwood tree we had cut down? Well, as my uncle Pete can attest it was going to take a lot of manpower to work & grade the soil in preparation for grass. Not that I don't alone possess that kind of manpower, I took this opportunity to fulfill a boyhood dream by renting an excavator. Regrettably I was having so much fun I forgot to take photos until Pat brought Patrick over to see it.

I had so much fun, I think if I ever leave the hotel/restaurant business I'll consider heavy equipment as a career...
