Katie's Grandma Shirley passed away on September 11, 2010 after 3 years of fighting cancer. We drove up to Denver last weekend to say goodbye. We're sure going to miss her, and it was a sad weekend in Denver, but it was great to see family all together.
Grandma Shirley had a terrific eye for art, and was a glamorous lady - her home sure reflected her personality.
Uncle Gary and Aunt Laurie were able to extend their furlough.
